Choose your posting days

An approved post takes the next available slot. Start with Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or choose your own days and up to 3 posting times a day in Posting settings.

Edit the caption, change the image or move the date before Soyla prepares the post for publishing, about 15 minutes before its scheduled time. Check the calendar for the publishing result.

Publish to Facebook and Instagram together

Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram separately. Once both are connected, each approved post goes to both accounts on the same schedule.

Facebook gets the original image. Soyla adds a narrow border to fit the Instagram version to 4:5 without cropping the design.

Sign in, then choose your Page

Connect the Page you manage

You need a Facebook Page you manage. Soyla does not publish to personal profiles.

You can disconnect the Page in Channels whenever you need to.

Step 1: Open Channels in the dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Brand → Channels and select Connect beside Facebook.
Step 2: Sign in to Facebook
Sign in on Facebook and allow Soyla to publish. Your password stays with Facebook.
Step 3: Choose the Page
Select the Page you want to use. Approved posts will publish there on your schedule.

Common questions

Can Soyla post to my personal Facebook profile?

No. Soyla publishes to Facebook Pages. Connect a Page you manage to publish posts for your business.

Does Soyla support Groups, Stories or Reels?

Soyla publishes image posts to your Page. Groups, Marketplace, Stories and video are not supported. You handle comments and messages yourself.

Does Facebook get my whole caption?

Yes. Soyla sends the full caption with its line breaks. It does not shorten the Facebook version.

How many images can a post include?

Soyla sends up to 10 images to Facebook. That includes the cover and slides of a Soyla carousel.

How do I connect Instagram through Facebook?

In Channels, choose Instagram · via Facebook, sign in and select the Page linked to your professional Instagram account. This is a separate connection from your Facebook Page.

Can I write posts before connecting a Page?

Yes. Soyla can create posts before you connect any accounts. You can copy and publish them yourself, with optional text reminders, or connect a Page for automatic publishing.
