FAQ

Questions about Soyla?

Find clear answers about the posts, approvals, publishing, plans, and everything in between.

Most common

The short version of what Soyla does, what it costs, and what you control.

What is Soyla?

Soyla is a managed social content service for small businesses. It learns about your business, writes a month of posts, gives you every draft to review, and publishes the posts you approve to the accounts you connect.

How does Soyla write posts?

Soyla starts with one sentence about your business, public details it can find, and the facts you confirm in the dashboard. If you share a website, Soyla reads that too. Every draft includes a reason for the post and a day for it to go out.

How many posts do I get each month?

Pro includes 15 branded posts a month for one brand, including carousels. Max includes 100 posts a month, shared across its brands.

Does Soyla publish the posts for me?

Yes, for supported social accounts you connect. Approved posts are scheduled and published to those accounts. For a channel you have not connected, Soyla gives you the finished post to share yourself and reminds you when it is time.

Will anything publish without my approval?

No. You approve or decline every post before it can go out. You can also ask for changes to the words or image while the post is still a draft.

Which social platforms does Soyla support?

Pro supports Instagram and Facebook. Max also supports X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Threads, and Google Business Profile. Soyla publishes approved posts to the accounts you connect.

Is there a free trial?

You can preview your first posts for free before choosing a plan, with no card needed. Ongoing posts and publishing require a paid plan: Pro is $99 a month and Max is $299 a month. You can cancel renewal anytime.

Getting started

What you need to set up a brand and receive your first drafts.

Do I need a website to use Soyla?

No. A website is optional. Start with one sentence about what your business does and answer a few questions so Soyla has the facts it needs.

What information does Soyla need from me?

Soyla asks what your business does, who it serves, how you want to sound, and for the facts customers should know. You can add a website and your own photos, but neither is required to create the brand profile.

When will I see my first posts?

After you confirm your brand profile during setup, Soyla creates your first preview posts before you choose a plan. Once you subscribe, new posts arrive in batches through the month as you review them.

Can Soyla work for my type of business?

Soyla is built for small businesses across many industries. Tell it what you do in a sentence and it builds from your business facts; several industries also have purpose-built knowledge and examples on the Soyla site.

Can I connect my social accounts later?

Yes. You can review drafts before connecting every channel. Publishing is automatic only for supported accounts you choose to connect.

Can I manage multiple brands?

Pro covers one brand. Max includes three brands, each with its own profile, posts and connected accounts. Max allowances are shared across its brands.

Content and brand

How Soyla handles your voice, photos, edits, and channel-specific drafts.

Can I use my own photos?

Yes. Upload photos in the dashboard or from the secure link Soyla texts you. Posts that use a real photo keep that photo intact rather than redrawing your equipment, customers, or team.

Does Soyla generate images?

Soyla can use generated images for atmosphere and supporting visuals. It does not use them to invent customers, results, equipment, or events that did not happen.

Can I edit a caption before it is published?

Yes. Ask for a change in plain language while reviewing the draft. Nothing is published until you approve the result.

Can I change the image on a post?

Yes. You can ask for an image change during review or choose one of your own uploaded photos when it is a better fit.

How does Soyla learn my brand voice?

Soyla combines the way you describe the business, your answers to its questions, the facts you confirm, and any website you provide. Those details form the working brand profile used for future drafts.

Does every platform get the exact same post?

No. Soyla starts from one idea and adapts the copy and format for each network you use instead of pasting the same caption everywhere.

Review and publishing

How drafts move from your review queue to your connected accounts.

How do I know when posts are ready to review?

New drafts wait in your dashboard. Soyla can also send an opt-in text with a direct link, and email mirrors those reminders.

Do all my posts arrive at once?

No. Soyla delivers posts in smaller batches through the month, so you can keep up with review without facing one large queue.

What happens when I decline a post?

The declined draft will not be published. You can give a reason during review so Soyla has useful direction for the next version or future posts.

What happens if a social account is not connected?

Soyla keeps the finished post ready for you to share manually and can remind you when it is due. It never claims to publish to an account you have not connected.

Do I keep control of my social accounts?

Yes. You keep ownership and control of every social account. Connecting an account lets Soyla publish the posts you approve; it does not transfer ownership of the account.

Plans and billing

Plan limits, annual billing, cancellations, and payment basics.

How much does Soyla cost?

Pro is $99 a month for 15 branded posts and 30 revisions for one brand. Max is $299 a month for 100 posts, with an editor on every batch. Max includes three brands. Prices are in USD.

What is included in Pro?

Pro includes one brand, 15 branded posts a month with single-image and carousel designs, captions, and 30 image or caption revisions. Custom post requests count within the same 15 posts. Soyla schedules and publishes approved posts to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts. Reminders are available by text and email; support is by email. Unused monthly posts and revisions do not roll over.

What is included in Max?

Max includes three brands, 100 posts a month, 40 posts on request and 100 image or caption changes. An editor reviews every batch before you see it; posts you request go straight through, and first in line. Support is by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, answered the same business day.

Can I add more brands?

Pro covers one brand. Max includes three brands. Each additional Max brand costs $19 a month or $171 a year on annual billing. The charge starts when the brand finishes onboarding, and pausing it stops the charge.

What counts as one post?

A single-image post or a complete carousel counts as one post. Publishing the same post to Instagram and Facebook does not use another post from your allowance.

Do unused posts or revisions roll over?

No. Unused monthly posts and revisions do not roll over. Annual billing changes when you pay, not your monthly allowances. Separately purchased post credits remain available until your subscription ends.

What if I need more posts?

After you use the month's allowance, you can buy 50 extra posts for $50. One credit covers one post of either kind. Unused credits expire when your subscription ends.

What does the editor on Max actually do?

A person reads every batch of posts before you see it. Posts you request go straight through without editor review.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves 25%. Pro is $891 a year and Max is $2,691 a year, charged once per year.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at the end of the current billing period from billing settings. Access continues through the period you already paid for.

Are subscription payments refundable?

Fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Review the terms of use for the complete billing policy or contact support with a billing question.

Privacy and support

Ownership, data handling, account deletion, and how to reach a person.

Who owns the content I upload?

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Soyla. You give Soyla the permission needed to process it and operate the service for you.

How does Soyla use my business information?

Soyla uses your brand details, website content you choose to provide, preferences, and photos to build your brand profile, generate posts, and run the service. The privacy policy explains the data and service providers involved.

Who processes subscription payments?

Stripe processes payments. Soyla receives limited billing details such as subscription status and does not store your full card number.

Can I delete my account or request my data?

Yes. You can use account settings where the control is available or email privacy@getsoyla.com to request access, correction, deletion, export, or another applicable privacy right.

How do I contact support?

Pro support is by email at support@getsoyla.com. Max support is by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, with an answer the same business day.
