Social media for real estate

Your real estate social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the listings you represent, the open house on Saturday, and what a first-time buyer keeps asking you. You approve each one by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Common Ground Realty
Common Ground Realty post: "Just listed in Ridgemont", a brick and clapboard corner house with a full-width porch in late afternoon light.

New in Ridgemont at $412,000. Screened porch off the kitchen, roof on last spring.

  • Stone Ledge
Stone Ledge post: "SOLD IN WEXFORD HILL", a cedar-shingled house at dusk with the porch light and both front rooms lit.

We listed this one. Third generation of the same family to own it, and it shows.

  • Ironwood Property
Ironwood Property post: "One number from last month's report", a large 38 over the words days on market on a navy field.

We read the Larkin County MLS report each month and post one number from it.

  • Alder Key
Alder Key post: "The office is closed both days.", a seven-day week dial with Thursday and Friday marked in blue.

Closed both days. Dana covers maintenance emergencies, and showings start Saturday.

  • Common Ground Realty
Common Ground Realty post: "Two letters, two different things", a white and orange split card comparing what each lender letter means.

A seller's agent can tell the difference at a glance. Ask which one you have.

  • Orchard Gate
Orchard Gate post: "Newly licensed agent", a flame orange card listing what comes with the one open desk.

One desk, one mentor, and the desk fee waits until your first closing funds.

  • Rowan Street
Rowan Street post: "Everyone who moves in ends up at Anvil Hardware.", a wall of blank keys above a hardware store cutting counter.

Two streets over. We send every client here in their first week for new locks.

  • Quarry Lane
Quarry Lane post: "We are back at Millrace Park", work gloves, loppers and a burlap sack beside a blue card carrying the date.

Nine of us cleared the creek bank last spring. Same gloves, same gate, same hour.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Open house” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what kind of open, Open house; the day, 2026-09-13; the hours, 1 to 3pm; neighborhood or area, Maple Heights; who is hosting, Priya; anything a visitor should know, Park on the street, north side. Floor plans at the door. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Common Ground Realty, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between showings

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can I get an open house post out today?

Yes. Tap the open house card, add the day, the hours and a photo you have the right to use, and the finished post is in Review a few minutes later. You approve it before it goes out.

How do you handle fair housing rules?

Every draft is checked against fair housing rules before you see it. We describe the property, never the buyer, the tenant or the people next door. No safe neighborhood, no good schools, no perfect for. Where a picture shows people, it shows an ordinary mixed crowd or nobody at all.

Can you post my listings?

Yes, the listings you represent, with a photo you have the right to use. The address and the price stay in the caption you approve, never drawn on the poster, and we do not show a sign rider, an MLS sheet or a keypad you can read.

Can you write a market update?

Yes, from the numbers in your own report, with the place and the period named. We do not forecast the market, quote a mortgage rate or print a price you did not give us.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Keep posting through a busy week.

Tell us the areas you work and the kind of properties you handle, and your first posts come back for you to approve.
