Social media for plumbing companies

Your plumbing company's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the drains you clear, the water heaters you swap, and where a homeowner's main shutoff is. You approve each post by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Clearline Plumbing
Clearline Plumbing post: "Roots in the main line.", a mass of pale roots wound around an auger head rising out of an open basement cleanout.

Fine roots get in at a joint and grow toward the water. We cut them and camera the line.

  • Basin Row
Basin Row post: "Replaced the cast-iron stack.", the same basement corner twice, a rusted cast-iron soil stack above and a new white plastic one below.

Same corner, same light, same lens. We left the old stain so you can see it is the spot.

  • Copper Grove
Copper Grove post: "Apprentice. Monday to Friday. $22 an hour to start.", a pale blue card with the pay in electric blue and two chips under it.

One opening. Come to the shop with your boots on and we will show you the work.

  • Harbor Flats
Harbor Flats post: "Holiday hours, November 26 to 29", a pale card with three ruled rows giving the hours for each day.

The office is dark Thursday and Friday. A tech stays on call for the buildings.

  • Clearline Plumbing
Clearline Plumbing post: "That smell is a dry trap.", a small line drawing of a P-trap with the water in its bend picked out in pink.

The spare bathroom nobody uses is the usual suspect. A minute of water fixes it.

  • Quarry Lane
Quarry Lane post: "Re-plumbed a hall bath.", a finished white-tiled bathroom with an oak vanity, a black faucet and plush violet shapes at the edges.

New stops, new supply lines, new trap. The painter's tape comes off once the grout cures.

  • Kettle Ridge
Kettle Ridge post: "THE WATER HEATER VAN", the open back of a service van at dusk with labelled leader lines pointing at two hung coils, a strapped tank dolly and a stack of galvanised pans.

Ray stocks it the night before, which is why most swaps happen on the first visit.

  • Chalk Hill
Chalk Hill post: "A Saturday somewhere else.", a drawn brass garden spigot with a hanging drop on a burst of orange.

They asked us for one spigot. The old line was shot, so we ran a new one too.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Seasonal service reminder” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: which service, Freeze prep; what the visit covers, We shut off and drain the outdoor spigots, insulate exposed lines in the crawl space, and check the water heater relief valve; slots left this week, 14; book by, 2026-11-20; what happens after that, Waitlist, and first-freeze calls come first. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Clearline Plumbing, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes in the truck

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

Before and after

Your page before us, and after

Most plumbers post when a job goes well, then nothing for a month. The right side is the same month with Soyla.

Without Soyla
  • A job photo with no caption.
  • Holiday hours still near the top.
  • A quiet stretch during a busy week.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post photos of a customer's house?

Yes, with the homeowner's OK. Every draft is checked against plumbing rules first: no house number, no street sign, no mailbox, nothing in frame a burglar would use. We use your photo as you sent it, and you approve the post before it goes out.

Can you post that we take after-hours calls?

Yes. We use the hours, the service area and the after-hours details you confirm. We do not promise a response time you did not give us, and we do not try to scare anyone into calling.

Will the posts sound local?

Yes. We use the towns you serve, the jobs you take and the seasons you work through. We do not name a neighborhood you did not give us, and we do not invent a job you never ran.

Will every post be about a leak?

No. Drains, water heaters, what to do before a freeze, the jobs your techs finished, your trucks and how a service call works all get a turn. An offer only goes on a post when you give us the terms and the end date.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Take the 9pm call. We will post.

Tell us what you fix and where your trucks go. Your first posts come back for you to approve.
