Social media for HVAC companies

Your HVAC company's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the tune-ups you run, what your maintenance plan covers, and the installs your techs finish. You approve each post by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Stillair
Stillair post: "A blower wheel packed with dust.", a cut-out furnace blower wheel with grey felt packed between every blade.

This came out of a furnace on a no-heat call. The vents had gone weak first.

  • Alder Bay
Alder Bay post: "Cleared the shrubs and leveled the outdoor unit.", the same outdoor condenser overgrown above and clear below.

Same unit, same spot, one morning apart. Fins can only breathe if there is a gap.

  • Juniper Field
Juniper Field post: "Fall heating tune-ups are on the schedule.", a giant cropped numeral nine over a lime booking capsule.

Nine slots left this week. Book by October 24 and we bring the filter with us.

  • Vane & Gauge
Vane & Gauge post: "The office is closed Thursday and Friday.", a white card carrying the dates 26 and 27 in dot-matrix numerals.

We are closed Thursday and Friday. No-heat calls still come first all weekend.

  • Stillair
Stillair post: "The arrow points at the furnace.", a flat diagram of return air, a pleated filter and a blower with one coral arrow.

The pleats face the return, the arrow faces the blower. That is the whole rule.

  • Pine Hollow
Pine Hollow post: "The third van on the road.", a white service van in a driveway with its side door open on stocked shelving.

We stock it the way we stock the other two, so most calls finish on the first visit.

  • Marlow Ridge
Marlow Ridge post: "We have room for one more on the crew.", three rows giving the role, the schedule and the pay.

One service tech opening, Monday to Friday. Call the office and we will talk pay.

  • Granite Span
Granite Span post: "Replaced a rooftop unit before the store opened.", a new packaged rooftop unit square on its curb at dawn.

Old unit off, new one running, doors open at nine. One night on the roof.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Our maintenance plan” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what the plan is called, The Stillair Plan; visits a year, 2; price, $19 a month; what members get the rest of the year, Priority scheduling, Discount on repairs; these are terms we will honor when a member calls, yes. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Stillair, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between calls

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How do you know what to post about our company?

You tell us what you service in one sentence, and we read your website if you give us one. Then you confirm the details in the dashboard: your maintenance plan, your service area, the equipment you install. Every post is built from what you confirmed.

Will you make up prices or savings claims?

No. Every draft is checked against this trade's rules before you see it. No savings percentage, no efficiency rating, no rebate amount, and no price unless you gave us one. If you change the plan, tell us and the next post uses the new terms.

Can we use photos from a customer's home?

Yes, once the homeowner has said yes. Your photos go up untouched, and we never redraw your equipment or your people. The address, the house number and the street sign stay out of the post, and the card asks you to confirm the homeowner agreed.

Can you help us hire techs?

Yes. Ask for a hiring post and give us the role, the schedule and the pay you will honor on the phone. We print only what you wrote. Hiring also gets its own day in the month, so an opening is not the only thing on your page.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

One sentence is enough to start
