Social media for salons & beauty

Your salon's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the services on your menu, the stylists behind the chairs and the openings in this week's book. You approve each post by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Softline Studio
Softline Studio post: "Lived-in blonde.", the back of a freshly blown-out honey balayage in the salon chair.

Rosa kept the root dark and let the ends do the work. Six weeks between visits.

  • Ironwood Barbers
Ironwood Barbers post: "Four chairs, one mirror, and the third is Marcus's.", the swept empty shop before opening.

Four chairs, one mirror, and a floor that gets swept between every cut.

  • Salt Harbor
Salt Harbor post: "Lash artist. One bed open.", a white card listing the pay, the hours and the room on paper white.

One lash bed is open. Hourly base while you build, commission on top.

  • Linen Court
Linen Court post: "Six heads, one morning.", a finished bridal updo of fine braids coiled at the nape with pearl pins.

Six of them, one morning. Nadia braided the crown before the veil went on.

  • Softline Studio
Softline Studio post: "ASK FOR A NUMBER", a column of ten real hair swatches running black to palest blonde on ivory.

A number tells your colorist more than a word does. Bring one to the consult.

  • Poppy Lane
Poppy Lane post: "Gel manicure. Prep is most of it.", an overhead of a finished pink and lime gel set on a lavender towel.

Gel, short and almond. Most of the hour goes on prep, before any color.

Almond House post: "MAY 5 AND 6", folded ivory linen towels on a nude plaster ledge under one warm raking light.

We are both in a class on the fifth and sixth. Back on Thursday morning.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Openings this week” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what kind of card, Openings this week; the open times, Thursday 10 and 2, Friday at 4; whose chair, Dana; what will fit, Color or highlights, Cut; how to book it, Book online; anything else, The 10 o'clock has two hours behind it, enough for a full highlight. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Softline Studio, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between clients

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can we post photos of our clients?

Yes, when you confirm the client agreed to it. Every draft is checked against beauty rules before you see it: no result promise, no permanence claim, nothing about a client's private life. We use your photo as you shot it, never a made-up client.

Does this work for a barbershop, nail studio or spa?

Yes. Hair, barbering, nails, lashes, brows, skin and spa work can all share a month. Tell us which of them you actually do, and we build the month around that and your booking week.

Can you post prices and promotions?

Only the ones you give us. We do not invent a price, a deposit or a discount, and we write a figure as a starting price unless you tell us it is flat. A promotion needs its dates and its conditions from you.

Can you post a last-minute opening?

Yes. Ask for an openings post with the times, the stylist and how to book, add a photo if you want, and it is in Review a few minutes later. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Stay behind the chair. We do the posting.

Tell us what you do, who does it and how your week books. Your first posts come back for you to approve.
