Social media for med spas

Your med spa's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about what a treatment actually is, what happens at a consult, and who on your team is licensed to do what. You approve each post by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Northbell Aesthetics
Northbell Aesthetics post: "Tonight.", three numbered rows beside two stacked pillows, hands holding a cold pack, and a glass of water at a bedside.

Sit up, keep it cool, and leave it alone. Everything else can wait for morning.

  • Sablewood Skin
Sablewood Skin post: "SPF", a plain ivory tube and a pale stone on a warm nude ledge with one hard bar of sunlight across them.

It goes on the ears, the backs of the hands and the part in your hair.

  • Merrow Skin Clinic
Merrow Skin Clinic post: "Not everyone here does everything.", a deep green card listing what an aesthetician, a nurse and a physician each do.

Three licenses, three jobs, and every state draws the line in a different place.

  • Duneside Aesthetics
Duneside Aesthetics post: "One room. One person in it.", a treatment bed and a small stainless tray on a white studio sweep under two hairline callouts.

Fresh paper for everybody, and the tray gets opened while you are watching.

  • Northbell Aesthetics
Northbell Aesthetics post: "The consult is the appointment.", a blank white card, a slim black pen and a small white jar on a studio sweep.

The first visit is a history, a look in daylight and a plan you take home.

  • Fieldnote Skin
Fieldnote Skin post: "MYTH / TRUTH", an ivory panel about tanning above a sage panel explaining what a laser reads, with white eye shields beside it.

A laser reads the contrast between hair and skin. A tan moves it, so we test first.

  • Quiet Hour Aesthetics
Quiet Hour Aesthetics post: "Thursdays now run into the evening.", a white card on a dusty blue field holding the new hours and the unchanged booking.

We stay open into the evening on Thursdays now. Everything else is unchanged.

  • Halvard Clinic
Halvard Clinic post: "We are hiring an injector.", a black poster with acid lime type and a polished chrome hand mirror standing on its handle.

Three days a week, commission with a guarantee, and the room is already built.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “A service and its price” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: the service, Neuromodulator, one area; how long it takes, About twenty minutes; what it includes, A consult and a good faith exam first, then the treatment, then a check two weeks later. We price by area at the desk; this is a price we will honor at the desk, yes. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Northbell Aesthetics, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Approve them between appointments

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

Before and after

What your page looks like now

A clinic posts when there is a gap between appointments, and there usually is not one. Soyla fills the month on the right.

Without Soyla
  • A before and after nobody signed for.
  • The new device, never announced.
  • A quiet stretch while the room stayed busy.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post our before and after photos?

Yes, when you attach them and confirm the authorization is signed. Work done under a medical practice is protected health information, so a before and after needs a HIPAA marketing authorization, not a yes in the chair. We never generate a result, never imply one, and never use a stock face as a before.

Will you name the injectable brand?

No. We write the generic class, a neuromodulator or a dermal filler, because those brand names are trademarks with the manufacturer's own rules for using them. If your practice is licensed to use a brand's approved assets, tell us and we follow what that agreement allows.

What can you say about our treatments?

What they are and how they work, never what a reader will get from one. Every draft is checked before it reaches you: no medical grade, no FDA approved, nothing permanent or guaranteed, nothing that treats or heals. We write only the services you tell us you are licensed for, because advertising one counts as offering it.

Can we use our own photos?

Yes, untouched. Send the room, a device on its stand, hands at work, and the post is built around your picture. We never invent a patient or a result, and a picture we make never carries a vial, a drug box, a needle, or a device aimed at a person.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Stay in the room. We will post.

Tell us what you treat, who is licensed to do it and where you are. We write the first posts, you say yes or no.
