Connect your accounts. Soyla posts to all of them.

Soyla publishes approved posts to your connected social accounts on the days you choose. You can also review posts, edit captions and request new ones from Claude, ChatGPT or your editor.

What each network gets

Soyla writes one post and one caption. Each network gets its own copy. These are Soyla's current publishing limits and image adjustments; the networks may offer other formats in their own apps.

How posting works

From approval to publication

  1. Step 1: You approve a post

Soyla schedules it for the next available posting slot.

  2. Step 2: Choose when it goes out

Posting days are yours to set. A new brand starts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at the time you chose.

  3. Step 3: Soyla prepares each copy

About 15 minutes before its time, one copy goes to each connected account, adapted for that channel. Until then you can still edit or move it.

  4. Step 4: Check the publishing result

The dashboard shows the publishing result, including any channel that did not accept the post. If every channel failed, choose a new time to try again.

Common questions

Which social networks can Soyla post to?

Instagram, Facebook Pages, X, LinkedIn profiles and company Pages, Threads, and Google Business Profile. Connect your accounts in the dashboard and Soyla sends approved posts on your schedule. TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Reddit are not currently supported for automatic publishing.

Does the same post go to every account?

Yes. Soyla sends each approved post to all accounts connected to that brand. It adapts each copy: X gets the caption trimmed to 280 characters, Threads to 500, Instagram gets the picture padded to 4:5, and Google Business Profile gets the first picture only.

When does a post actually go out?

On the days and times you set in Posting settings. A new brand starts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. About 15 minutes before a post's time Soyla hands it to the network; until then you can still edit it or move it.

Can I connect my accounts later?

Yes. Soyla writes your posts whether or not anything is connected. If you have no channels connected, approved posts stay ready to copy and publish yourself, with optional text reminders. Connect an account when you are ready and future approved posts can publish automatically.

What can an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT do with Soyla?

An assistant can review posts, check your calendar, edit captions, request new posts, and approve or decline them. You choose its permissions and which brands it can access. Approved posts follow the same schedule as posts approved in the dashboard.

Do you ever see my passwords?

No. You sign in on the network’s own page and allow Soyla to publish. The network grants access without sharing your password. You can disconnect the account in the dashboard.
