Custom connector

Connect Soyla to Claude.

You need a Soyla account and access to custom connectors in Claude. An organization owner may need to enable the connection.

Setup follows Claude’s custom connector guide.

Step 1: Add a custom connector
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, select the plus, then Add custom connector. Name it Soyla.
Step 2: Paste Soyla’s address
Use https://v1.getsoyla.com/mcp as the remote MCP server URL. You do not need to supply a client ID or secret for Soyla.
Step 3: Sign in and choose access
Connect, sign in to Soyla, and choose the brands and permissions Claude may use. Back in your conversation, enable the connector and ask what is waiting for review.

Choose what Claude can do.

Allow Claude to read posts, make changes or approve them. Choose its permissions when connecting; disconnect in Soyla’s Settings → AI assistants.

Captions, pictures and business information read by the assistant are shared with that app under its privacy policy.

About Soyla in Claude

How do I connect Soyla to Claude?

Add a custom connector in Claude with Soyla’s MCP server address, then sign in to Soyla. Choose the brands and permissions you want to share. Custom connector availability depends on your Claude plan and organization settings.

Can Claude open the post’s picture?

Yes. With permission to read posts, Claude can open both the picture and caption for your review.

Does approving a post in Claude publish it?

Yes. An approval in Claude authorizes Soyla to publish the post to your connected channels on its scheduled day.

Can I remove Claude’s access later?

Yes. Open Settings → AI assistants in Soyla and disconnect it. You can also remove the custom connector from Claude. Information already read by Claude remains subject to Claude’s own privacy rules.
