Social media for coffee shops

Your coffee shop's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the coffee on bar this week, the pastry that is gone by ten, and whether laptops are welcome after noon. You approve each post by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Sixth Bell Coffee
Sixth Bell Coffee post: "WE OPEN AT SIX.", a dark cafe before opening with one pendant lit over the counter and a chair being set down off a table.

Cardamom buns are baked once, at five. Today they were gone by ten.

  • Fernwater Coffee
Fernwater Coffee post: "REFILL", a stoneware keep cup with a cork band on a dark green studio plane, the giant word behind it.

Bring the same cup back and we will fill it. It lives on the shelf by the door.

  • Sixth Bell Coffee

  • Ashmill Roasters

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “An event” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what we're calling it, Saturday Cupping; the date, 2026-03-07; the time, 10 to 11am; cost, Free; the details, We pour five coffees side by side and talk about what you taste. Ten seats at the table, first come. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Sixth Bell Coffee, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes after the rush

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post our drinks and pastries?

Yes, with your own photos. Send the case at open or the drink you just put up, and it goes out exactly as you shot it. We never draw a cup or a pastry and present it as something off your counter.

Can you post about a new bean we just got in?

Yes. Give us the roaster, the origin and the process the way the bag prints them, and that is what the post says. We do not add a farm, a tasting note or the word organic that you did not give us. Those are claims a shop has to be able to stand behind.

Can you post that we are hiring baristas?

Yes. Tell us the shifts, how to apply, and the pay written the way you want it printed. We print it exactly as you typed it and never a term you did not offer. Some states require a pay range on a job ad, and a hiring post is an ad.

Will every post be another latte?

No. Fifteen posts a month cover the coffee on bar, the morning bake, how a cortado is built, roast day, your hours and the barista you are hiring. Latte art is one of them, not the month.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.
