Social media for dental practices

Your dental practice's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the things patients ask you in the chair: what a crown is, how a waiting period works, who is on your team. You approve each post by text, and we post to the accounts you connect.

  • Open Chair Dental
Open Chair Dental post: "She keeps the first chair.", a hygienist seen from behind laying instruments into a tray in a bright empty operatory.

Nine years with us, and she still books the nervous ones first thing.

  • Bell Meadow Dental
Bell Meadow Dental post: "The door you want is on the side.", a photograph of the practice entrance, its ramp and its empty parking lot.

Side of the building, not the street. Pull straight in and the door is level.

  • Fair Oak Dental
Fair Oak Dental post: "WE ARE HIRING.", a deep green card listing the days, the pay and what comes with a hygienist job.

One hygienist, four days a week, no weekends. Walk in with a resume any afternoon.

  • Quarry Lane Endodontics
Quarry Lane Endodontics post: "We open earlier from Monday Sept 14.", a grey report card showing the new first and last chair times in dot matrix numerals.

From September 14 the first chair is at seven on Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Open Chair Dental
Open Chair Dental post: "A ceiling. Not a budget.", a royal blue card with a hairline marking a plan's annual maximum and a bar stopping short of it.

A plan year is not always January to January. Ask which one yours runs on.

  • White Pine Dental
White Pine Dental post: "Intraoral scanner.", a matte white scanner wand resting in its cradle on a high key white studio sweep.

The scan takes a few minutes and the crown is designed from it, not from putty.

  • Ninth Street Dental
Ninth Street Dental post: "New patient exam, X-rays and cleaning.", a white poster with a royal blue price pill and a navy list of what is included.

The price is what the front desk charges. Tell us if you have insurance first.

  • Paper Boat Dental
Paper Boat Dental post: "Two hundred kits. One morning.", an overhead table of packed hygiene kits under a tilted lime sticker.

We packed these on Sunday and handed them out before the first bell.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Openings this week” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what is open, Cleaning and checkup slots; when, Thursday afternoon; how many openings, 2; how to take one, Call the office; anything else, Both are with Marisol, and there is parking out back. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Open Chair Dental, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between patients

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

Before and after

Your page now, and with us

Most offices post when someone at the front desk remembers, and the right side is the same month with Soyla.

Without Soyla
  • Holiday hours, posted the day before.
  • A new hygienist nobody introduced.
  • A team photo still on a phone.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Is this HIPAA compliant?

We never put a patient in a post without the signed marketing authorization your office confirms. No patient name, no chart number, no X-ray, no before and after photo unless you attached one and told us it is released. Every draft is checked against those rules before it reaches you, and you approve each one.

Do you write clinical advice?

No. We explain how things work in general: why a tooth can be diseased without hurting, what a waiting period is, what happens at a first visit. We never diagnose a person, recommend treatment to anyone, or state a success rate or a price. Nothing goes out that you have not approved.

Can I use photos of my own office and team?

Yes. Upload them and we use them as they are. We never redraw your operatory, your equipment or your people, and we never invent a patient. A team card asks you to confirm the person is fine with being posted; a result card asks whether the signed authorization is on file.

Does this work for a pediatric or specialty office?

Yes. We learn whether you are a general, family, pediatric or specialty office, and which services you actually offer. Explaining a procedure is always fine; advertising one you do not do is not, so we do not. We never call anyone a specialist unless you have given us the credential.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.
