Social media for law firms

Your law firm's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about the areas your firm handles, how a case actually moves, and what happens at a first consultation. You approve each one by text, and we post it to the accounts you connect.

  • Plain Word Law
Plain Word Law post: "The room where the last page gets signed.", a walnut conference table with blank pages, a fountain pen and morning light through blinds.

Second floor, and the elevator is just inside the glass doors.

  • Gable Street Law
Gable Street Law post: "REAL ESTATE AND LANDLORD-TENANT", a county courthouse at golden hour under a dark card holding four practice cells.

We do not take construction disputes, and we say so on the first call.

  • Two Rivers Law
Two Rivers Law post: "Citizenship Application Day", an overhead photograph of a library sign-in table set up and empty before the doors open.

Bring your green card and your travel dates. We can look at the form with you.

  • Quarry Lane Law
Quarry Lane Law post: "We are closed Thursday Nov 26 and Friday Nov 27", a blue notice card beside a stack of kraft file wallets tied shut with a cloth ribbon.

The after-hours line stays on, and we read messages twice a day over the holiday.

  • Plain Word Law
Plain Word Law post: "The form usually beats the will.", a dark green card with three numbered rows about beneficiary forms.

We ask every estate client to bring the forms, not just the will.

  • Mill Road Law
Mill Road Law post: "PARALEGAL, PERSONAL INJURY", an oversized chrome binder clip on a dark stage beside three chips carrying the terms.

One paralegal, one attorney, one caseload. Send a resume and we will read it.

  • Willow Bend Law
Willow Bend Law post: "Marisol takes the hardest weeks.", a photograph taken over an attorney's shoulder as she writes on a legal pad in late sun.

Nine years as a school counselor before law school, and it shows.

  • Foundry Row Law
Foundry Row Law post: "The holiday party is still a workplace.", an office kitchen counter after the party with empty glasses under one warm light.

We would rather answer this in November than in January.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Free consultation” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: which practice areas it covers, Family and divorce, Estate planning and probate; how long it runs, 30 minutes; how it happens, Any of those, your choice; what happens in it, We listen to what happened, tell you what the process looks like, and say whether we can help; what it is not, Not advice on your case, and not a promise to take it; this is the consultation we will actually give, yes. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Plain Word Law, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between client calls

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Will the posts give legal advice?

No. We write general legal education and firm news, never advice about a reader's own situation. Every post is written so a general information line fits it, and you approve the wording before anything is published.

How do you handle advertising rules and client confidentiality?

Every draft is checked against law firm rules before you see it. No outcome promised or implied, no best or top, no specialist unless you name the certifying body, and no client named or shown without written consent. You still approve every post.

Can I use my own photos?

Yes. Send a photo of your office, your conference room or a courthouse from outside, and we use it untouched. We never redraw your attorneys, and we never put a document, screen or file tab with a name on it in a post.

Will it sound like our firm?

You tell us how you talk to someone who calls frightened, and we write in that voice. If a post does not sound like you, decline it with a reason and the next posts change.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Keep your hours for clients.
