Batch watermark tool

Add a text or logo watermark to up to 12 photos. Set its size, opacity and position, then download JPGs or PNGs. Your photos stay in your browser.

Photos and watermark settings

Up to 12 JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or GIF photos, 40 MB each and 120 MB per batch.

Watermark type

The watermark scales with each photo. Check the preview for light or busy backgrounds.

Save as

Photos larger than 2560 pixels on their longest side are reduced. JPG uses a white background; PNG preserves transparent areas.

How to use it

  1. Choose a batch of photos

Choose up to 12 photos at once. The batch can total 120 MB, with each file no larger than 40 MB. Photos are opened one at a time during export to keep memory use manageable.

  2. Add text or upload a logo

Type your name or business name, or choose a logo image. A transparent PNG logo avoids a solid rectangle over the photo. Set the position, relative size and opacity while watching the first-photo preview.

  3. Apply and download

Apply the watermark to the batch, then download individual files or one ZIP. Changing a setting clears finished files so you cannot accidentally download an older version.

Choosing a visible watermark

Use a position that leaves faces, products and important details visible. Check every finished photo: a white watermark that reads clearly on a dark photo can disappear against a bright sky. Try a darker text colour or a logo with its own outline when the batch contains very different backgrounds.

What the download keeps

Photos retain their shape. The longest side is capped at 2560 pixels, and smaller photos are not enlarged. JPG flattens transparent areas onto white; PNG preserves transparency. Animated images become a single still frame, and camera metadata is not copied. Finished output is limited to 80 MB per batch; use fewer photos if the page reaches that limit.

Common questions

Do my photos get uploaded?

No. Your browser opens the photos and adds the watermark on your device. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working files.

Can I use a transparent logo?

Yes. Choose Logo and upload a PNG with transparency. Its transparent parts stay clear over your photo. You can use a JPG logo too, but its background remains visible.

Does a watermark prevent someone copying a photo?

No. It can show your name or brand, but it does not prevent screenshots or removal. Keep your originals and use photos you have permission to share.

What happens to the size and format?

Images keep their shape and are reduced only if their longest side exceeds 2560 pixels. JPG uses a white background for transparent areas; PNG preserves transparency. Animated files become a still frame. Camera metadata is not copied.
