Social media for veterinary & pet care

Your vet clinic's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about what clients ask at the desk: why a dental cleaning needs anesthesia, what a wellness exam covers, who is on your team. You approve each post by text, and we post to the accounts you connect.

  • Moss & Muzzle
Moss & Muzzle post: "OTIS SAT STILL FOR ALL OF IT.", a tricolour beagle mix sitting square on a stainless exam table.

Otis is nine and did the whole visit without a towel. His owner said yes to this one.

  • Cedar Gate
Cedar Gate post: "The clinic comes to the barn lot.", a folding table and coolers under a white canopy at the edge of a gravel barn lot.

April 18, nine to one, in the barn lot. Twenty-five a dose, no appointment needed.

  • Cobble Yard
Cobble Yard post: "Buy the crate for the dog he will be.", a wire crate with the door open, a folded blanket and a divider clipped inside.

The crate you buy for a puppy has to fit the adult dog. That is what the divider is for.

  • Birch Basin
Birch Basin post: "the nervous ones go first", a wire-haired terrier standing on a grooming table while two hands brush its flank.

Nadia has groomed here for seven years and takes the anxious dogs first thing.

  • Moss & Muzzle
Moss & Muzzle post: "THE YEAR PLAN", an ivory card with $42 a month in a lime starburst and five things the plan covers.

The Year Plan is $42 a month for the visits and the routine tests. Ask us at the desk.

  • Fern Hollow
Fern Hollow post: "Holding, lab runs, and all the laundry.", a pair of hands in olive scrub cuffs holding a folded cream towel.

One opening, four days a week. Walk in with a resume and ask for the manager.

  • Stone Run
Stone Run post: "A quiet cat room opens March 3.", an empty boarding room with white shelves, a folded blanket and morning light on the floor.

Cats get their own room, out of earshot of the dogs, from March 3.

  • Cold Spring
Cold Spring post: "A short day, then a closed one.", the same empty waiting room photographed lit in the morning and dark the next afternoon.

We close at noon on December 24 and stay closed the 25th. Back at eight on the 26th.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “A reminder for clients” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what is due, Heartworm test; by when, Before May 1; who it is for, Dogs on year-round prevention; what to do about it, Message us and we will book it with a nail trim, so it is one trip. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Moss & Muzzle, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between appointments

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

Before and after

Your clinic's page, now and with us

Most clinics post when the last patient is gone, and the right side is the same month with Soyla.

Without Soyla
  • A rabies clinic announced two days out.
  • The good pet photos never got posted.
  • A quiet month inside a busy one.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post photos of our patients?

Only with the consent your practice confirms. A pet of the week card asks you to check that the owner said yes; a memorial card asks whether the family asked for it or said yes. We never use a client's name, a chart, a rabies tag or a screen with a number on it.

Will you give medical advice?

No. We explain how something works and when to call, and stop there. No diagnosis for an animal you have not seen, no drug name, no dose, no interval, and no promise about an outcome. Every draft is checked against those rules before it reaches you, and you approve each post.

Can I use my own photos?

Yes. Upload them and we use them as they are. We never redraw your exam room, your equipment or your people, and we never invent a patient or a result. Each card that takes a photo tells you what the picture should show.

Does this work for a groomer, a boarding kennel or a mobile vet?

Yes. We learn which services you actually offer, your schedule and what clients ask, whether they come to you, you drive to them, or pets stay overnight. If you do not see rabbits, we can still explain rabbit care, and we never invite one in.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Spend the day on the animals.

Tell us what you treat and what clients keep asking at the desk, and your first posts come back for you to approve.
