Social media for gyms & fitness studios

Your gym's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about your classes, your coaches and what a first visit is actually like. You approve or decline each post by text, and we post the ones you keep to the accounts you connect.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “A new class” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what the class is called, Lifting 101; who coaches it, Marcus; which days, Tue, Thu; the time, 6:15 a.m; first class, 2026-09-08; who it is for, Never touched a barbell? This is the one. Eight people, empty bars, and nobody adds weight until the setup is right. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Good Form Club, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between classes

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post member photos and progress?

Only with consent you confirm. The waiver someone signs at the front desk is not permission to advertise, so a member's photo or story goes in a post only when you tell us they agreed. No before-and-after without it, and no scale or tape measure on a poster.

Will the posts sound like a motivational poster?

No. Every draft is checked against gym rules before you see it, and the lines that shame people are on the banned list: no excuses, summer body, no pain no gain. We write the way a coach explains something between sets.

Do you write for yoga and Pilates studios too?

Yes. A yoga studio, a Pilates studio and a barbell gym do not sound alike, so we learn the classes you actually run and the words your coaches use. A trademarked method like CrossFit goes on a post only when you confirm you hold the license.

Can you post our membership prices?

Yes, using the numbers you confirm. The rate, the enrollment fee, the annual fee and the date an intro rate ends all go on the card, because a price the front desk will not honor is worse than no price. We never write a number you did not give us.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.

Coach your classes. We will write the posts.

Tell us what you teach, who coaches it and how a first class goes. Your first posts come back for you to approve.
