Social media for online shops

Your online store's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about what you make, the materials you chose, and the questions people ask before they buy. You approve or decline each post by text, and we post the ones you keep to the accounts you connect.

  • Loomline Goods
Loomline Goods post: "EVERYDAY", an olive waxed canvas tote floating over a deep loden studio floor.

The bloom on the canvas rubs off with use. That is the wax doing its job.

  • Alder Field
Alder Field post: "Ninety Tumblers, One Pour.", hands tipping a steel pitcher of wax into amber glass tumblers on a workbench.

We pour ninety at a time because that is what one melt of wax fills.

  • Bramble Yard
Bramble Yard post: "PACKING AND FULFILLMENT", a black and lime hiring card with the hours, the pay and a rubber chew toy.

One opening at the pack bench, three mornings a week. Ask us anything about it.

  • Salt Meadow
Salt Meadow post: "Through August we ship balm Monday to Thursday.", an espresso card with three white notification toasts.

Balm and heat do not mix, so nothing leaves here on a Friday until September.

  • Loomline Goods
Loomline Goods post: "PROMISES", a graphite card setting waitlist, pre-order and backorder against what each one means.

Waitlist, pre-order and backorder are three different promises. Here is which.

  • Cinder Track
Cinder Track post: "The Trail Crew.", a runner's ankles in ash grey merino socks on wet asphalt above a size grid.

The Trail Crew lands March 12. Merino and nylon, flat toe seam, ribbed arch band.

  • Kiln Street
Kiln Street post: "THE TWO BAG BOX", an open kraft gift box holding two coffee bags and an enamel cup.

Two bags, a cup and a card you write yourself. December 12 is the last order day.

  • Foundry Lane
Foundry Lane post: "SATURDAY AT THE MARKET", three cast iron skillets on a white plinth under a rust chevron.

We will be at the Riverside Market on March 8, nine to two, with the whole range.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Restock or sold out” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what's happening, Back in stock; the product, The Everyday Tote in olive; how many we have, 200; what you want to say, Two hundred sewn this week. The last run went in a day, so the list gets first look Friday; this count and this date are true right now, yes. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Loomline Goods, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes at the packing bench

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do I need professional product photos?

No. Add a clear photo from your phone when you ask for a product post, and the finished design is built around it. We never redraw your product or invent a picture of one.

Can you post a launch or a restock the day it happens?

Yes. Pick the launch or restock card, put in what you have confirmed, add your photo, and the post is in Review a few minutes later. We say when an order ships. We never promise the day it arrives.

How do you handle customer photos, reviews and product claims?

Every draft is checked against online-shop rules before you see it. A customer's photo, name or words need their written OK, and a public post that tagged you is not one. A price, a material or a stock count comes from you, and words like non-toxic and chemical-free are banned outright because nobody can back them up.

Will every post be selling something?

No. Product and launch posts share the month with how to choose a size, what a material does over time, the packing bench and the way returns actually work.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.
