Social media for childcare centers

Your childcare center's social media, done for you. Fifteen posts a month. You approve, we post.

We write about your rooms, your teachers and what a day at your center actually looks like. You approve each post by text, and we post to the accounts you connect.

  • Little Atlas
Little Atlas post: "Every basket back where it lives.", a low wooden shelf of blocks, books and baskets reset for the morning.

The last twenty minutes of the day belong to the shelves, not the paperwork.

  • Hazel Yard
Hazel Yard post: "apples at nine twenty.", a teacher's hands quartering apples beside a milk jug and rows of small glasses.

Snack is cut, poured and on the table before anyone has to ask for it.

  • Maple Door
Maple Door post: "One toddler teacher, full time.", a violet hiring card with the shift, the pay and how to ask.

One toddler teacher, weekdays. Come in any afternoon and ask at the front desk.

  • Willow Bend
Willow Bend post: "Ten years of this window.", a front room seen through a sash window with picture books and a paper chain.

Same front room, same street, ten years. Thank you for filling it.

  • Little Atlas
Little Atlas post: "A transition is the ten minutes between things.", a blue type card defining the word parents hear at pickup.

If a morning falls apart, it is almost always at a transition.

  • Paper Kite
Paper Kite post: "Dana has the good scissors.", a rolling art cart of sorted markers, scissors and paper on a violet field.

Dana runs our art cart. Ask her for the good scissors and she will find them.

  • Otter Field
Otter Field post: "OCT 3", a green poster carrying the open house date over a card with the time and what to expect.

Come and see where the summer happens. No booking, just walk the field with us.

  • Harbor Lane
Harbor Lane post: "We close for two days.", a lime speech bubble on black giving the closure and the reopening.

We are closed for the holiday Thursday and Friday, and open again Monday.

A sample request. The card, its fields and the finished post are the ones this trade gets.

A sample request, played on the Make a post screen. The “Something new” card is tapped and its sheet opens; the answers filled in are: what's new?, Two toddler openings this fall; tell people about it, Two spots in the toddler room from September 1, ages 18 months to 3. Come see the room any weekday at 10; from when?, 2026-09-01. Send, and Soyla answers “On it.”, then writes the post. A few minutes later it is waiting in Review for Little Atlas, labelled “You asked for this”, with Approve and Decline under it. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.
How it works

Two minutes between drop-off and pickup

We text you when new posts are ready. Approve the ones you like, decline one with a reason, and the next posts change.

When new posts are ready, Soyla texts you a link to them. Each one is shown as it will look in the feed, going to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads at once. Approve a post and Soyla schedules it and posts it to the accounts you connected. Decline one with a reason — “not our tone”, say — and the next drafts change. The film ends where the work does: the approved post going out to all five of those accounts, off that one tap. Nothing here is posted; this is a depiction of the product.

A center's page can go a month between posts. On the right, the same month with Soyla.

Without Soyla
  • An enrollment notice from last spring.
  • A shelf photo with nothing said.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you post without showing a child?

Yes. Your teachers, your rooms, the materials on the shelf and the answers families keep asking for are enough to show what happens all day, with no child in the frame.

How do you protect children's privacy?

No child goes in a post without a parent's consent, and no last name goes on a post. Every draft is checked before you see it: no medical advice, and no opening, price or date unless you wrote it. You approve every post.

Can you post that we have openings?

Yes. Tell us which room has space, when it starts and how families should get in touch. We use only what you confirm, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Does this work for a preschool or an after-school program?

Yes. Tell us how your center runs and we write from that. Daycare, preschool, after-school or a mix: the posts come from your own rooms, schedule and routines.

Do you actually post for us?

Yes, on the accounts you connect. Every post you approve is scheduled to a day and published to your own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other connected pages. We never post to an account you have not connected.

What does it cost?

It is free to sign up. Plans start at $99 a month.
