The Brand area holds the information and visual choices Soyla uses when it creates content.

Profile

The Profile tab shows:
  • your brand name and confirmed business profile;
  • what Soyla has learned from your answers and feedback;
  • your photo library; and
  • plan and usage information.
Your confirmed onboarding profile is read-only, but the facts in What we’ve learned can be confirmed, corrected, or rejected as new information arrives.

Your photos

Add real business photos to the library so eligible post formats can use them. Give each photo enough context to make it useful, and only upload images you have permission to publish. If a photo includes people, confirm that everyone shown is OK with the photo being posted. Soyla keeps uncleared photos out of posting requests.

Theme

Open Brand → Theme to choose the design system used for your posts. Soyla tailors the selected theme to your brand. You can also let Soyla choose.
A newly selected theme can take a few minutes to tailor. Soyla shows when it is still working, ready, or needs another try.

Channels

Open Brand → Channels to manage publishing destinations. Only the brand owner can connect, reconnect, or disconnect social channels.
