# Review your posts

> Approve, edit, fix, or decline the posts Soyla makes for your brand.

Open **Review** to work through the posts waiting for you. Every post stays under your control until you decide what happens next.

## Approve a post

Select **Approve** when the caption and image are ready. Soyla moves the post into **Calendar** and shows the planned date.

  Approval is not the end of your control. You can open an approved post from Calendar to edit its caption, change its image, or adjust its schedule.

## Change a post before approving

Open the post menu to choose an action:

* **Edit caption** lets you rewrite the caption directly.
* **Fix the caption** lets you tell Soyla what to change.
* **Change the image** creates a new version from your instructions.
* **Pick another photo** appears when the post uses a photo from your library.

Some AI changes have per-post or monthly limits. Soyla shows the remaining allowance before you send a change.

## Decline a post

Select **Decline**, choose the closest reason, and add a note when it will help. The post leaves Review, and Soyla uses the feedback when planning future content.

  Declining a post does not publish or schedule it.

## When Review is empty

An empty Review means there is nothing waiting for a decision. Approved posts are in **Calendar**. New regular posts arrive as Soyla refills your queue, and posts you requested appear when they are ready.
