# Use the content calendar

> See approved and posted content, change dates, and update scheduled posts.

**Calendar** is where approved posts wait for their publishing date and where posted content stays visible for reference.

## Find a post

Move between months and select a post to open its details. Each post shows whether it is scheduled or already posted.

## Change the schedule

    Select it from the month view.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a new date and time">
    Update the schedule in the post panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the schedule">
    Select **Save schedule**. Soyla confirms when the new time is stored.
  </Step>

## Update the content

Before publishing, you can also:

* edit the caption;
* ask Soyla to fix the caption;
* change an AI-generated image; or
* pick another photo for a photo-based post.

Changes made from Calendar update the scheduled post.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting a social channel also removes scheduled posts for that channel in the publishing service. Reconnect or contact support before disconnecting a channel you are actively using.
