# Troubleshoot common issues

> Resolve common problems with sign-in, posts, channels, payments, and notifications.

Start with the section that matches what you see. Refreshing the page is safe unless a payment or upload is actively in progress.

## A post is taking longer than expected

Requested and first-time posts take several minutes because Soyla writes, designs, and checks them. You can leave the page and return to **Review** later.

If Soyla offers **Try again**, use it once. If the same request fails again, contact support with the brand name and the wording of the error.

## A social connection window did not open

Allow popups for app.getsoyla.com, then select **Open Postiz again**. If you already completed authorization in another tab, select **Check connection**.

## A channel says Disabled or Missing

* **Disabled in Postiz** can mean a plan limit or a change inside Postiz. Reconnecting does not re-enable it; contact support.
* **Missing in Postiz** means the saved destination is no longer available there. Contact support before disconnecting it.
* **Couldn't verify** can be temporary. Check again after a moment.

## A payment did not finish

Return to **Settings → Billing**. Choose the same plan to resume the pending payment. If your bank declined it, confirm the card details or use another payment method.

## A verification text did not arrive

Confirm that you entered a 10-digit US mobile number, wait for the resend timer, then request another code. Check that your phone can receive short-code or application-to-person SMS.

## A post or calendar looks out of date

Refresh the page. If the post changed in another tab, Soyla may ask you to refresh before making another change.
