# Set up notifications

> Choose when Soyla texts you about new posts and posting reminders.

Notification settings control whether Soyla texts you when posts are ready and when scheduled content needs your attention.

Open the account menu, then go to **Settings → Notifications**.

## Verify your phone

    Add a 10-digit US mobile number and confirm the consent checkbox.

    Soyla sends a six-digit verification code. Enter it to finish setup.

    Select a text schedule and save your preferences.

## Text cadences

* **Standard** — a text when new posts are ready, plus reminders as you review.
* **Minimal** — a text when new posts are ready, with no reminders.
* **Off** — no texts; everything still waits in the dashboard.

Set your timezone so reminders follow your local schedule.

## Stop texts

Choose **Off** to keep the verified number but pause messages. To remove the number entirely, use the phone removal action in notification settings.

  Reply **STOP** to cancel SMS messages or **HELP** for help. Message and data rates may apply.
