# Connect social channels

> Connect Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, or Google Business Profile for publishing.

Connect the accounts Soyla can publish to from **Brand → Channels**. Only the brand owner can manage these connections.

Supported destinations are Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Threads, and Google Business Profile. Soyla publishes approved posts to the accounts you connect.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose a network">
    Under **Add a channel**, select **Connect** for the destination you want.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish in the Postiz window">
    Soyla opens Postiz, which then shows the social network's own permission screen. Sign in to the correct account, approve access, and complete any page or profile choice.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for Channel Added">
    Do not close the window until Postiz confirms the channel was added.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Return to Soyla">
    Close the Postiz window. Soyla checks the connection and adds it to your connected channels.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  You do not need to create or use a separate Postiz account. Postiz is the service that holds the provider connection for Soyla.
</Note>

## If the window does not open

Allow popups for Soyla, then select **Open Postiz again**. If you completed the authorization in another tab, return to Soyla and select **Check connection**.

## Reconnect a channel

Select **Reconnect** beside the affected channel and sign in to the exact account shown. Using a different social account can create a separate connection instead of repairing the original one.

## Disconnect a channel

Disconnecting stops Soyla from publishing to that destination. It also removes scheduled posts for the channel in Postiz, and that removal cannot be undone.
